Telangana Village ‘Haunted’ by ‘Female Ghost’, Residents Flee to Safer Place

Hyderabad, October 13: The fear of a “female ghost” moving in the tiny hamlet of Kasiguda in Nirmal district of Telangana has forced most of the residents to leave the place. According to video available on social media, only women are living in the village as it is believed that ghosts “attack men only”.

The village which was once the residence of 60 families in near empty now as majority of the people have left for “safer places”, the Times of India reported. Most houses are locked and people does not dare to return unless the village is ‘unpossessed’ of the ghost.

And those who stayed in the village go to sleep as dusk sets in. They would not leave from their homes until sunrise.

The ghost scare is not new in the villages of Telangana, but this is the first time in many years people have vacated their homes.
