Mirzya ke side effects: Budget for Harshvardhan Kapoor's 'Bhavesh Joshi' cut?
Vikramaditya’s directorial, Bhavesh Joshi, has been in the making for a long time now. First, it was slated to star Imran Khan, then Sidharth Malhtora and now finally, Harshvardhan Kapoor is playing the lead. The latest is that Motwane has been asked to cut down on the budget of the film, as per a tabloid.
A source is quoted saying that the film was set for a budget of Rs 25 crores, but now the makers are having second thoughts as they feel the high cost might make it economically non viable especially, after the failure of Harsh’s debut film Mirzya.
However, Madhu Mantena, one of the film’s producers denies it and is quoted saying, “Bhavesh Joshi is being made on a budget that was pre-decided before we started shooting months ago.”
